You are paid on delivery, rated after every gig, and paused below a 4.5/5 rolling average over ten gigs. Two-way ratings apply — you rate the brief as well.

Client identities stay confidential until a contract requires a named party. You operate under the client's tone-of-voice document and a two-hour brand-risk escalation path.
